We put our hearts into preparing our meals which are made with seasonal
ingredients including wild plants and seafood caught in the Sea of Japan.
In the winter, we recommend trying our duck,
bear or boar hot pots – a specialty dish of ours (booking required).
The rice we serve is Uonuma Koshihikari brand rice grown by the ryokan
owner himself.
